This site is a recruiting intake pilot. Submitting information does not guarantee employment, dispatch, onboarding, or qualification. Every application is routed to human review.

Recruiting only

P1 captures recruiting leads and application drafts. It is not yet the production driver qualification file system of record.

Phone intake

A recruiter may key answers on a driver's behalf during a phone intake. The driver must later review and e-sign the application or sign a printed wet-signature packet.

No automated decisions

The pilot does not auto-approve or auto-reject drivers, owner-operators, or carrier partners. Human review is required.
